As peripatetic posts, you will be based in one establishment and will be required to provide support across any of the schools listed above, as need demands. These are both primary and secondary establishments.
Supporting Pupils within Additional Support Needs
Provide in‑class and out‑of‑class support for pupils with complex needs, including medical needs and personal care as outlined in Health Care Plans.
- Administer medication and offer physical and emotional support for vulnerable pupils, including those who are non‑verbal or have needs related to ASD, attachment, or communication.
- Undertake relevant training (e.g., moving and assisting) as required.
- Provide nurturing and calm support within the school environment.

Contribute to supervision in shared areas during intervals and lunchtimes, promoting independence and the school’s values.
