Adopting an early intervention approach, the initiative will target critical periods such as transition and school holidays, with a view to reducing statutory interventions.

A whole system approach will be adopted to achieve positive outcomes for the whole family. Measures of success for young people will include improved school attendance, reduction in exclusions, improved attainment and achievement and positive school leaver destinations. Parents and caregivers will be offered support that allows them to address their own identified needs via access to learning opportunities, guidance or sign posting to other relevant services.

We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals who are capable of working in a multi-disciplinary context to deliver positive outcomes for young people and their families. You will be capable of working in a range of settings, including school, community and home, to best meet the needs of the individual.
