A challenging role has arisen which requires a self-motivated individual, with strong organisational skills, to provide a first class clerical support service to officers within our Personnel Services Employee Relations Section.
You will be required to be a Notetaker at personnel meetings relating to discipline, grievance, dignity at work and maximising attendance, producing high quality notes within tight timescales with also a requirement to undertake general clerical tasks.
You will be involved in dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers and will be required to provide basic guidance on Council Policies. It is essential therefore, that you possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to the principles of customer care.
You will be required to demonstrate excellent IT skills including, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
This role demands that you work in a highly professional manner, exercising confidentially and discretion at all times and that you are able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
Hours: 35 hours per week
