An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing and Technical Resources and we are seeking to recruit a Clerical Assistant to join our Strategy and Support Section.

You will be responsible for undertaking a range of general clerical, processes or tasks in accordance with pre-determined procedures or instructions which contribute to an effective service provision of the Strategy and Support Section.

You will provide clerical support to the service ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality within the office to contribute to the effectiveness of the team, process correspondence and other documentation in order to communicate and present information in a clear and concise manner, and liaise with internal and external customers to ensure the effective provision of admin support to the Strategy and Support Section.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication, planning and organisational skills. You should have excellent IT skills and be dynamic and creative, with the ability to resolve problems as they arise.  Successful applicant will be required to be flexible in approach.

Overseas Criminal Records Check
