Job Description

In order to be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate significant experience of Housing Services at a senior level within a large, complex organisation.
  • Demonstrate detailed technical knowledge of relevant statutory procedures, regulations and influences in relation to housing management functions.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the role that housing-led regeneration will play in the delivery of the Council’s Corporate objectives.
  • Strategic approach and vision to deliver service improvements.
  • Proven experience in leadership, to inspire and influence to deliver excellence, excellent communication skills and the ability to build and develop effective relationships with employees, customers and stakeholders.
  • Be able to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplined environment and drive forward a culture of teamwork, accountability and success.

You will be educated to degree level and hold a relevant professional qualification.
