Job Description

1.5 FTE Operational Personnel Adviser and 1 FTE Transactional Personnel Adviser

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Personnel Adviser positions within South Lanarkshire Council, Finance & Corporate Resources.

You will be part of a busy personnel service, managing a team of professional officers. We are therefore looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who is able to make an immediate and positive impact.

You will have excellent planning and organisational skills together with good knowledge and understanding personnel policies and procedures and have the ability to handle multiple systems and data analysis.

You should have experience of working in a personnel department, supporting managers in a wide range of HR activities and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
