Job Description

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday

Location: Council HQ, Almada Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AA

You will undertake a range of clerical processes and tasks including reception duties, customer enquiries and complaints and maintaining databases and information logs.

You will work as an effective member of the Central Administration Team within Education Resources delivering a quality service which supports managers and staff and contributes to positive office environment.

Essential Attributes

The successful applicants should have experience of working in an office or administration setting and should possess a sound knowledge of IT with good keyboard, oral and written communication skills.

A degree of flexibility and adaptability is required.
