Job Description

This vacancy is based within Jimmy Swinburne Centre, 9 Cemetery Road, Blantyre – 35 hours Monday – Friday.

You would be part of a successful administration service working in a busy environment. As a Clerical Assistant, you would be the sole admin support in the office, working to support the staff who are based within community settings such as Residential Care Homes, Day Care and Family Support Hubs etc.

You should undertake a a wide variety of admin duties including, reception cover, data inputting to our Social Work Information System (SWiS), providing a word processing service, updating spreadsheets, arranging meetings using the outlook facility, note taking, progressing chasing information, petty cash, online ordering, receipting and invoicing of goods and supplies, answering and fielding phone calls, using Multi Functional Device, scanning and indexing documents and other general admin tasks to support operational staff.
