- Hamilton Local Office:
- temporary 35 hour post working Monday – Friday (Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 16:45 Friday 08:45 – 16:15)
- temporary 17.5 hour post working
- permanent 35 hour post working Monday – Friday (Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 16:45 Friday 08:45 – 16:15) post working Monday, Tuesday and alternative Wednesday (08:45 – 16:45) – Based within our Unpaid Work Service

You would be part of a successful, well established administration service working in a fast-paced environment and as a Clerical Assistant you would undertake a wide variety of admin duties including data inputting to our social work case management system, provide a word processing service, minute taking, arranging meetings using the outlook facility, maintaining spreadsheets, answering and fielding phone calls, using Multi Functional Devices, scanning and indexing documents and other general admin tasks to support operational staff.
We welcome applications from people who have an excellent knowledge of IT packages. Ideally you will have experience of working as a receptionist or within an office, however this will not be essential as you will be given full training.
