An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the innovative South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership administration team.  Apply today, and you could soon be working to support your new colleagues who provide a frontline service to the community of South Lanarkshire.  This post is based within the Hospital Discharge Team, Wishaw General Hospital, however, will also provide remote admin support to colleagues in Hairmyres Hospital, East Kilbride and Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Glasgow and on occasions be required to travel to support with annual end of year exercises.

You would be part of a successful administration service working in a fast-paced environment.  As a Clerical Assistant, you would be the sole admin support in the office, working to support Social Work and NHS front line staff, within the Partnership, undertaking a wide variety of admin duties including data inputting to our Social Work Information System (SWiS), providing a word processing service, minute taking, arranging meetings using the outlook facility, answering and fielding phone calls, participating in Microsoft Teams calls in relation to hospital discharges from Wishaw and Glasgow hospitals, updating spreadsheets regarding packages of care and processing referrals for complex care assessments, using Multi Functional Device, scanning and indexing documents and other general admin tasks to support operational staff.
