We have an exciting clerical opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team we have a Clerical Assistant vacancy within the East Kilbride Local Office. 

This is a permanent 17.5 hour post working Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays (8:45am – 4:45pm, one hour for lunch)

You would be part of a successful, well established administration service working in a fast-paced environment and as a Clerical Assistant you would undertake a wide variety of admin duties including data inputting to our Social Work case management system, provide a word processing service, deal with enquiries and referrals generated via our shared mailboxes, minute taking, arranging meetings using the Outlook facility, maintaining spreadsheets, answering and fielding phone calls, using Multi Functional Devices for scanning of documents and other general admin tasks to support our colleagues who provide a frontline service to the community. 

We welcome applications from people who have an excellent knowledge of IT packages.  Ideally you will have experience of working within an office, however this is not essential as you will be given full training.
