Salary / Hourly Rate: £54,783 - £59,911 per annum, £30.02 - £32.83 per hour

We are looking for an Operations Manager, Care at Home Service within the Hamilton locality. You will lead a team with the aim of supporting, motivating and inspiring people to enhance their quality of life.
The Operations Manager will assume the role of Registered Manager and undertake a key leadership role responsible for the management, delivery and development of Care at Home services throughout South Lanarkshire and is responsible for leading a large team.
As one of the largest services provided by the Council and the HSCP, the Care at Home service plays a critical role in enabling individuals to remain at home in a way that promotes their wellbeing, dignity, privacy, respect and personal choices. The successful candidate should hold the Registered Managers Award or equivalent (Certificate / Diploma in Social Work, Certificate in Local Government Management) and is required to maintain a registration with the Scottish Social Services Council. To fully satisfy the Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC) registration requirements for this post, you must hold the relevant qualification to fully register as a Manager in a Care at Home and Housing Support Service.
