Location: Hamilton Palace Sports Ground, Motehill, Hamilton
Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:15pm, Friday 8:30am-3pm (30 minute unpaid break)
Salary: £26,479 - £27,063
Duration: Fixed Term until 31 March 2027

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Clerical Assistant to join our Outdoor Recreation team at Hamilton Palace Sports Ground.
Reporting to the Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support through a range of clerical, customer service and financial duties, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.
About You
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual who can work effectively as part of a team while managing their own workload.
You will have:
- Previous experience working in a clerical or administrative environment.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
