Are you a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced events environment? We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Facilities Assistants to support the delivery of functions, events, and hospitality services, ensuring visitors receive an excellent experience every time at The Town House Hamilton.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a supportive team, helping with bar service, catering, customer care, and venue operations during a variety of events.
Your duties will include:
- Serve drinks and food during events.
- Set up and clear bar and function areas.
- Operate cash and cashless payment systems.
- Assist with customer care, ticket checking, and seating.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Support health & safety, licensing requirements, and emergency procedures.
About You
We are looking for flexible, reliable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
It is essential that you have experience of working within a customer-facing role and have knowledge of Health and safety in the workplace.
Please note: Applicants must be aged 18 or over in order to comply with the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
Working Pattern
Working hours will be predominantly evenings and weekends, including some late finishes. There may also be opportunities for occasional daytime work.
