This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone who has vision, energy, and the drive to ensure a collaborative and dynamic approach to programming across all SLLC services.
Sitting within the Business Development Team, the role will report directly to the Commercial Manager and alongside Venue operational colleagues will be responsible for creating engaging and diverse programmes, collaborating with artists and organisations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality events and experiences to enhance resident’s cultural experiences.
Acting as the main collating point for good and joined up programming practices across the entire SLLC estate, the role will include overseeing membership-based programmes such as ACE and Activage along with other customer-focused initiatives.
Close partnership working with marketing colleagues will be required to ensure an excellent profile for shows and programmes through, for example, brochures and digital media.
The applicant must be educated to a degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline or have equivalent experience.
The ideal candidate will be resilient, a self-starter and a problem solver with lots of energy and a positive attitude and a passion for delivering activities across the organisation with warmth, friendliness and individual pride.
