South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture SCIO has an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist Assistant. The successful candidate will be part of the HR team helping to deliver a consistent HR service.
The post-holder will have the ability to provide professional information and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR matters which comply with best HR practice and employment legislation, whilst managing multiple Employee Relations cases, as well as HR projects.

You will have excellent planning and organisational skills together with good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to handle multiple systems and data analysis.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a HR department, supporting managers in a wide range of HR activities and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
