Stirling Council are excited to be expanding and our growing team requires Minibus Drivers to support us on a supply basis. We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused drivers to help make it a success.

What You’ll Do

• Operate Council vehicles on local bus routes ensuring punctual, reliable journeys.
• Providing a friendly and professional service to passengers
• Handle cash transactions.
• Maintaining high standards of safety and customer care
• Assist passengers when needed, making journeys accessible and comfortable.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of Category D1 licence (PCV experience desirable).
• Excellent communication and basic numeric skills.
• Ability to work independently and carry out physical duties.
• A friendly, helpful attitude and commitment to safety.

Desirable Criteria

• MiDAS training and experience with mobility aids.
• First Aid qualification.
• Previous experience in accessible transport.
