1st Line Support Analyst (Fixed Term)

Job Description

This is a fixed term post until 31/12/2025 (post has the possibility of being made permanent)

To contribute to the delivery of a high quality customer focused First Line Support Service as part of the ICT Team. To ensure all customers’ requests, incidents and problems are logged and progressed swiftly in such a way as to deliver a robust reliable and cost effective ICT service which meets customers’ needs and expectations as agreed in Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators where applicable.

Working flexibly from home and also onsite at all Council locations, 1st Line Support Analyst is required to provide call handling, operational and technical ICT Support to WDC and partners .
