We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to join our team at Clydebank Town Hall.
Situated in West Dunbartonshire, Clydebank Town Hall is an iconic B-listed building incorporating a historic exterior combined with a modern spacious interior which houses events space, a museum, gallery and Council Offices.
Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a proven track record in event or venue management with a passion for delivering excellent service.
The successful candidate will be supporting the effective operation of Clydebank Town Hall and its many functions and ensuring seamless delivery of events. With proven experience in contributing to the operation of a successful venue and leading events,
you will be joining the team at a time of investment where you can actively contribute to our future success. The ideal candidate should be detail-orientated and highly productive with a proactive and flexible approach.
This post is casual and shifts will be offered ad hoc to support the core Town Hall team in managing our busy events calendar. Shifts will be mainly evenings and weekends.
Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
Responsibilities
The employment for which you are applying is excepted from the provisions of section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975. Applicants are, therefore, not statutorily entitled to withhold information about convictions which for other purposes are "spent" under the provisions of the Act. In the event of employment any failure to disclose such convictions could result in dismissal or disciplinary action.
