Job Description
West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership is looking to appoint a Contracts and Commissioning Officer to come and join our Contracts, Commissioning and Quality Assurance Team.
This a unique and exciting time to be joining the HSCP as we look to develop our commissioning process.
We are moving away from a transactional commissioning model to a more collaborative, outcomes focussed method of commissioning as we embed Ethical Commissioning into our practice.
You'll get to work on projects relating to a diverse range of social care services across the HSCP. This role will give you the opportunity to make a positive difference to the people of West Dunbartonshire who use and rely on social care services.
If you are currently working in commissioning or procurement or have experience of delivering social care services, then we'd love to hear from you.
This a role which will require a creative approach to many of the challenges facing today's social care sector as you work with both internal and external stakeholders.
The closing date for this role will close of business on Friday 29th of September, with interviews taking place week commencing 9th of October.
Should you wish to have an informal and confidential discussion about the role please feel free to contact me at neil.mckechnie@west-dunbarton.gov.uk
