Job Description
This is a Fixed Term post to 25/10/2026.
Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team, on a fixed term basis, initially for 6 months as a Housing Monitoring Officer.
This is a bespoke post within our Housing Operations team, leading on the production and analysis of our monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting both internally and to the Scottish Housing Regulator, with a key role in driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in shaping our future performance framework, working closely with our local housing teams and wider colleagues across the service and council to support our continuous improvement journey.
The successful candidate should be passionate about delivering the highest possible levels of service, both internally and externally and lead on the provision of qualitive data to support our front-line teams deliver high quality housing services.
This is a vital role, and the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop positive working relationships and have experience in the use of reporting tools such as excel and Power BI.

Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Level 1 Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
