We welcome applications from qualified social workers who share our commitment to social work values, and who have a commitment to ensuring children, young people and their families areactive contributors in the assessment and planning processes supporting the realisation of positive change in their lives.

We have an experienced Management Team committed to providing excellent supervision, and who will support you in your day to day work in considering strengths, vulnerabilities and risk and planning proportionately to meet agreed outcomes using the GIRFEC national practice model.

We provide support to Newly Qualified Social Workers through a reduced and protected caseload offering a range of learning opportunities in the first year in the field, and are also looking to create additional opportunities via group supervision and peer support.
