Job Description

Are you a creative and innovative practitioner with a passion for making learning meaningful for all?

Kilpatrick School is an all‑through school for children and young people with complex additional support for learning needs, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our amazing team.

At the heart of our school is our vision: Nurturing Potential Together.

We are a Rights Respecting School, and our values are firmly rooted in nurture principles and a relational approach to supporting our learners. Our curriculum places a strong emphasis on social communication, emotional regulation, health and wellbeing and life skills, ensuring that every young person is supported holistically.

We are also ambitious for our pupils. Where learners can access national qualifications, we strive to provide the opportunity—and the encouragement—to achieve them. As part of our team, you’ll help shape inclusive, engaging and meaningful maths pathways that meet a wide range of developmental needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a skilled, nurturing and forward‑thinking staff team who work collaboratively to secure positive outcomes for children and young people with complex needs. If you are motivated, flexible, compassionate and committed to inclusive practice, we would love to hear from you.
