Job Description
West Dunbartonshire Council is looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistants to join our Building Services team. In this busy and varied role, you’ll handle stock control, process purchase orders, record materials using our IHMS system, and support deliveries—including operating forklifts and pallet trucks. You’ll also assist with stocktaking and general administrative duties as required.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, customer focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You should have good IT skills, experience working in a busy environment, and an understanding of health and safety practices. Training, including forklift certification, will be provided.
If you’re flexible, proactive, and ready to contribute to a high performing service, we’d love to hear from you.
