Post 1 - 17.5 hours per week (fixed shifts)

Post 2 - 19 hours per week (alternating/rotating shifts, salary +10% shift allowance)

West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust is looking for two friendly, motivated Leisure Attendants to join our team at the Meadow Sports Centre, Dumbarton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a welcoming environment that puts health, safety, and wellbeing first.

What you’ll do:
• Lifeguard pools and water features
• Support the day-to-day running of the leisure facility
• Set up and supervise sports and leisure activities
• Help maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and first aid when required

What we’re looking for:
• Current lifeguard qualification (RLSS UK NPLQ/STA Level 6 Award in Pool Lifeguarding)
• Standard Grade (or equivalent) Maths and English
• Customer-focused experience
• Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Requirements

This post is considered as Regulated Work with Adults and Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential.

Responsibilities
