An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant learning community within Balbardie Primary School and Bathgate Early Years Centre. The school and nursery is a non-denominational school serving the community of Bathgate, West Lothian. Currently our school is comprised of 14 classrooms across the mainstream setting and 3 classes within the Enhanced Learning Resource and early years centre.
The pupils and staff at Balbardie proudly showcase their core values of Mindset, Acceptance, Generosity, Integrity and Community (MAGIC). We aim to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging school community, in which our children can thrive, experience success and access empowering learning opportunities.
The school works very closely in partnership with parents/carers and the wider community and it has a very active and effective Parent Council that helps to enhance the experiences of the children and raise funds for a range of additional resources.
The Administrative Assistant role will share the clear focus of all staff on delivering high quality learning experiences for all of our learners within Balbardie Primary School and supporting Bathgate Early Years Centre. The successful candidate will follow West Lothian Council policies.
