Linlithgow Bridge Primary School is non-denominational and provides for stages Primary 1 to Primary 7. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a motivated school community as an Administration Assistant. You will provide administrative support within the school. Duties will include word processing, tasks associated with the maintenance of all school records in relation to pupils and staff, maintaining financial records, telephone, reception and reprographics duties, distribution of school mail, dealing with pupil enquiries and attending to welfare needs of pupils. This post will be based in the School Office.
You must have experience of working within an office environment and good IT skills are essential. Experience of using SEEMIS Click and Go and the ability to use Word and Excel to an advanced level are desirable. You should be able to work as part of a team and enjoy a variety of tasks within your remit.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check prior to commencing employment and the cost will be met by the candidate.
The fee for a Full PVG Scheme Membership is £59 or Existing Member is £18. The £59 cost (where appropriate) will be deducted from your salary over a 1 or 3-month period by repayment schedule. If your employment concludes before the amount is re-paid in full, the outstanding balance will be deducted from your final salary.
