The post holder will work in the Financial Inclusion team working with people with enduring drug and alcohol addictions. This role will provide a targeted service to this group, working alongside a range of community planning partners to ensure that the customer is at the centre of a high-quality advice service.

This role will aim to promote active referrals for customers to a range of holistic support services, and by working with the Health & Social Care Partnership to improve awareness of the impacts of drug and alcohol addictions on finances and strengthen referral pathways for appropriate support.
