Building Services are looking to recruit a number of caretaker`s who will work closely with colleagues within the service and other service areas to ensure that the cleaning, repair and maintenance of communal properties are carried out to the standards set.

• Confidence and ability to work with a minimum of supervision
• Driving Licence
