Sinclair Academy are seeking to appoint a Clerical Assistant to join the office team in the school. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative, and passionate person to work in a new state-of-the-art denominational secondary school opened in August 2023 and located in the rapidly growing community of Winchburgh. The school also has shared sports facilities of the highest standard with Winchburgh Academy which is also open to the community.
We believe that our office team is the heart of the school. You will deliver a first line enquiry service to all internal and external school contacts and play a key role in assisting the Admin Officer to ensure efficient support in the operation of all administrative processes within the school. Your also required to assist senior staff by providing accurate, up to date information in various key areas including finance and pupil information.
In the first few years, we will be a growing school, so everyone in the team will work together to provide the best experiences for our young people. This post will be a rare opportunity to be involved in something exciting and completely unique. The roll is anticipated to rise year on year to reach its 660 pupil initial capacity by 2028. A future expansion strategy has been considered beyond this, potentially increasing the school roll up to a maximum capacity of 1,210 pupils.
