Working within the council’s Housing Customer and Building Service, the post holder will be responsible for all survey work streams relating to Major Refurbishments, Major Elemental Upgrades, Planned Programmes, Environmental/ External Upgrades and Compliance Works, including any staff, contractors and budgets relating to these. Most importantly The jobholder is responsible for managing and controlling an appointment scheduling system.
The jobholder is responsible for the effective and efficient planning/scheduling of work for the Housing Investment Officers. Resulting in effective and efficient use of staff time ensuring that our customer’s needs are met in accordance with the agreed standards and timescales, through the delivery of a high quality service
