An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Assistant to join the HR Support team within West Lothian Council. The team plays a pivotal role in the provision of HR Support to managers and employees across all areas of the council.

Supporting the HR Service, the postholder will undertake a range of tasks which are essential to the delivery of a high-quality HR Service including the provision of first-line advice and guidance to service areas on matters relating to the application and administration of council policy, practice and procedures

This post is subject to the Council’s flexible working policies and is operated on a hybrid basis.
