West Lothian Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to deliver planned and reactive maintenance programme ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations within defined group of properties. Preparation of building fabric specifications, tender documentation and management/control of contractor for minor work projects and Measured term Contracts.
The postholder will have ONC/HNC in a building related discipline or appropriate membership of a qualifying body or time served tradesman with considerable supervisory experience. Knowledge of appropriate regulations. Good communication skills and capable of working computer application such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and asset management software.
