As an Organisational Development Officer, you will play a key role in delivering corporate learning and development services that support our ambition to develop an empowered and effective workforce, in line with the Council's People Strategy 2023-2028. You will contribute to the development of learning opportunities that help colleagues build the skills, knowledge and confidence required to deliver high-quality services and embrace new ways of working.

You will work closely with colleagues across HR Services and develop positive working relationships with managers, employees and other stakeholders across the organisation to support learning, development and organisational improvement initiatives.

About You

You will be customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective working relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will be organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timescales.
