An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the council’s Housing Performance and Change Service.
The Performance and Change Manager is responsible for developing the service performance and improvement approach and leading on the planning and delivery of the associated programmes of work that will secure current and future service business objectives.
The Performance and Change Manager is also responsible for leading and managing projects to redesign the ways in which services are delivered to customers by which meet their needs and ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Being proactive and taking the lead in planning and delivering the provision of the service income management approach and performance reporting ensuring that budgets are managed effectively and that best value is consistently achieved and delivered and providing direction to senior managers and advice and support to elected members and committees on financial management issues and service performance.
The Performance and Change Manager will also be required to co-ordinate and manage the provision of Service Development, Quality Assurance and performance management, customer engagement, systems administration, Assessment and Review, complaints management, compliance, administration of the Private Sector Landlord Scheme, and management support throughout the service.
Working in a dynamic environment and as a member of the Housing, Customer and Building Services Senior Management Team, you will report directly to the Head of Housing, Customer and Building Service.
