The Property Services unit is responsible for the management of all the council’s property assets and undertakes full range of professional duties. The team consists of professional and technical staff who are responsible for ensuring the council’s property assets are management effectively and efficiently in support of our corporate priorities.
Based within the Property Maintenance & Planned Improvements Team, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Manager who will lead the Maintenance and Planned Improvements team responsible for delivering the day to day reactive and planned maintenance regime for the Council’s property portfolio. The role will also involve leading on the implementation of the planned improvement capital programme across a wide variety of properties of a commercial and operational nature, supporting both external and internal customers.
The post is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working within a dynamic, client-focused, professional service.
