As part of Finance and Property Services, the council’s Financial Management Unit (FMU) is recognised as a high performing service unit with a key role in ensuring the council makes the most effective use of resources to support delivery of services to customers.
Key aspects of the Purchase to Pay and Systems Officer role include ensuring the delivery of a high quality purchase to pay and systems support service in line with targets set within the FMU management plan and service standards, undertaking administrative tasks within the council’s IT finance systems and providing payment support to external and internal customers.
