Are you a dynamic and experienced leader passionate about improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and complex needs? We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and oversee high-quality care and support services across our Eliburn, Pathways, and Community Integration sites.
This pivotal role involves ensuring our services are person-centred, legally compliant, and aligned with best practices. You will inspire and support a team to deliver outcomes that enable service users to develop life skills, maximise their independence, and experience a high quality of life.
You will provide strong strategic oversight, champion quality assurance, and drive innovation while maintaining regulatory standards and budget controls. If you are a confident leader with a strong commitment to human rights, equality, and inclusion, we would love to hear from you.
This position requires registration with the SSSC. The successful candidate will have six months from the date of commencement of this post to become registered with the SSSC. SSSC stipulate you must submit your application within three months of your start date. If you are already registered with SSSC you will be required to add West Lothian Council to your account
