Windyknowe Primary School is a non-denominational school serving the community of Bathgate, West Lothian. The school accommodates 14 mainstream classes and an early years setting. The school roll currently stands at 332 children in P1-P7 and 45 children in the nursery.
The school works very closely in partnership with parents/carers and the wider community and has a very active and effective Parent Council that helps to enhance the experiences of the children and raise funds for a range of additional resources
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Supervisory Assistant. The successful candidate’s duties will include the supervision of pupils in the dining hall, playground areas and school premises and may include ancillary associated duties (e.g. cleaning up spillages, ensuring tables are clean etc) to ensure the maintenance of good order and discipline. The successful candidate will follow West Lothian Council policies and procedures in order to support the effective day to day running of the school, working closely in partnership with staff, parents and learners.
