Assistant Team Leader

Reporting to the Head of Operations, and in collaboration with your line manager - Operational Manager you will drive the development of the service, support transitions for people moving to their new home and ensure that the varying health and support needs of individuals are responded to.

You may not feel that you meet the essential criteria of the role, however we encourage you to apply if you have transferrable skills and experience gained in a different setting.
