Cosgrove Care is a vibrant Scottish charity with a strong vision and commitment to delivering the very best support for children, young people, and adults with a range of needs. We are friendly, ambitious, and innovative in our approach, helping the people we support to live their best lives.
As part of our Supported Living services, we provide 24-hour, day-to-day support tailored to each individual’s needs. Our dedicated team works closely with people to promote independence, dignity, and choice, while always ensuring safety and well-being. We focus on enabling people to enjoy meaningful lives, take part in activities they value, and feel included in their communities.
We are seeking calm and emotionally aware and resilient support workers who can support a young woman with a range of support needs to live independently in her own home, maintain relationships with her family and access community activities she currently enjoys, but to identify new activities where she could develop friendships and connections with others.
A little bit about Francis, who you will be supporting.
