Nursery Manager- Full time

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our high quality, family oriented small nursery. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to inspire a team, nurture children's development, and ensure the highest standards of care and education.

As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day today running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children. You will lead and support staff, maintain compliance with Scottish regulations, and build strong relationships with families and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead, manage and support the nursery team

. Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standard and relevant legislation

. Deliver high-standard early learning and childcare in line with Curriculum for excellence

. Oversee safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing of children

.Maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers

Requirments

. Minimum SVQ level 4 in social services ( Children and Young People ) or equivalent, BA in childhood practice or working toward.

.Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council ( SSSE)

. Proven experience in a senior or management role within an early years setting.

. Strong leadership and organisational skills.

. Excellent knowledge of GIRFEC and child protection procedures

. Passion for delivering outstanding childcare
