TEACHER OF CHEMISTRY
PART-TIME (0.5FTE), FIXED TERM (ONE YEAR) INITIALLY
REQUIRED AUGUST 2026
Kelvinside Academy is an independent HMC co-educational day school of some 600 pupils aged 3-18 in the west end of Glasgow.
We seek a suitably qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Chemistry to teach students throughout the Senior School. Chemistry operates within the Faculty of Mathematics, Science and Technology. Every year a number of students go on to study Chemistry at degree level.
The school aims to bring out the best in every student, combining high standards of teaching and a superb extra-curricular programme within an inclusive and caring ethos. Sport, outdoor pursuits, music, drama and art flourish, together with a range of clubs.
