About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner at Little Flyers, you will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can develop confidence, curiosity, and independence.

You will support children’s learning and development through meaningful play experiences while building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
  • Support each child’s individual learning and development needs
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Build positive partnerships with parents, carers, and team members
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and child-friendly environment
  • Keep up to date with current early years practice and curriculum guidance

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in an early years or childcare setting
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Good knowledge of child development and early years practice
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, caring, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to use creative and engaging teaching approaches
