Salary: £26,420 – £30,200 per year

Minimum Qualification Required:

SVQ Level 3 in Early Learning & Childcare (or equivalent)

Leadership experience preferred

As Floor Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Pre-School Room. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead by example, mentor and support your team, and help create an engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and flourish.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the Pre-School Room
• Support, mentor, and inspire your team
• Deliver and maintain high-quality care and learning experiences
• Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support planning, observations, and curriculum delivery
• Ensure nursery policies, procedures, and standards are consistently upheld

What We’re Looking For

• SVQ Level 3 in Early Learning & Childcare (or equivalent)
• Previous leadership experience, or the confidence and readiness to progress into a leadership role
• A caring and nurturing individual with a genuine passion for child development
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A creative approach to learning through play
• A positive team player who enjoys collaboration and building strong relationships
