An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team at Ayrshire College. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their knowledge and skill set and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

You will support the Student Funding Team Leader and Head of Student Funding in providing a high quality student funding service through allocating, dispensing and accounting for student funding awarded by the College and the Scottish Government. This will involve providing high-quality customer focused assistance for all enquiries to support the delivery of an effective service and maintaining student funding systems and procedures.

You will be educated to HNC level or equivalent and have excellent customer service experience together with being able to demonstrate transferable skills and how these will benefit our existing Student Funding team. A comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft office suite and experience of Student Funding/Financial systems is essential.
