Hours: 18.24 hours / Fixed Term – 27/06/2025
Salary Range: £40,170 - £48,357 per annum (pro rata) – (Actual Salary £20,928 - £35,193)

We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our lecturing team in the curriculum area of Hospitality and Professional Cookery with specialisation in Patisserie.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of the team, responsible for developing current teaching materials, working within college quality systems and offering support and guidance to learners.
This role requires a high level of professional knowledge, experience and understanding of the subject areas and involves delivering high quality teaching and learning, assessment of student work, feedback to students and student achievement.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent qualification in the subject area. Applicants should also have experience in teaching and assessing SVQ qualifications in a further education setting as well as experience of working within the Hospitality industry. A strong team ethos and the willingness to deliver courses at various levels are required.
If successful Dundee and Angus College will help you to gain registration with the General Teaching Council Scotland (GTCS). The College will work with you and support you to achieve the qualifications and professional learning required for registration, you must be willing to undertake any training and development necessary to gain registration.
