Academic Partnerships and Transition Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week, full time post
Salary: £57,294 per annum
Campus: Kingsway Campus, Old Glamis Road, Dundee, DD3 8LE

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Academic Partnerships and Transition Manager to lead the further development of high-quality learner pathways across the region.

This key role will drive partnerships with schools, universities and other stakeholders, ensuring learners benefit from clear, inclusive and seamless progression routes. You will lead the delivery of our Pathways and Transitions Plan, improving access, supporting progression and helping learners achieve positive destinations.

Working across teams and organisations, you will build strong relationships, develop school and university pathways, and use data and insight to shape effective strategy and planning. You will also lead and support staff, manage resources and represent the College externally, contributing to regional and national priorities.

You will bring experience of leading partnership-based projects, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to deliver outcomes through collaboration. A good understanding of Scotland’s education and skills landscape is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape learner journeys and contribute to social and economic development across the region.

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is Monday, 20 July 2026.
Interviews are to be held at our Kingsway Campus and are scheduled for Thursday, 30 July 2026.
