Administration Project Manager

Salary: DA Spot Point 42 - £45,588 per annum (pay award pending)

As new member of our cross College team and joining us for an initial six month period you will play an important role in the on-going success of the College by providing positive leadership and professional support for a range of administrative projects and services.

With a focus on the leadership and development of administrative services as we further progress and implement our new student management system (REMS), you will provide guidance, direction, and leadership to support the quality of our administration services to students. You will play an active role in ensuring that day-to-day administrative requirements for students and staff continue to be fully met whilst maintaining an on-going focus on enhancing and improving the work we do. 

Holding a HNC or equivalent SCQF level 7 qualification in ad administrative or other relevant digital based subject area, the successful candidate will have excellent administrative experience and a strong understanding of leadership and management within a service based sector (ideally within a college or other educational setting).  They will bring an innovative mind-set and a personal drive that supports and encourages the College to continue its forward momentum.  A high level of organisational, leadership, interpersonal, and professional networking skills are also essential as are excellent digital skills.

This is a fixed-term role through until 31 October 2024 in the first instance.
