Business Transformation Officer
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Fixed Term: Estimated 12 month period
Salary: DA Spot Point 40, £50,460 per annum

Leading and supporting a range of current and planned business transformation projects and developments the Business Transformation Officer will be at the centre of the change and development of a wide range of College systems, processes and ways of working designed to help streamline and enhance the way we operate as an organisation. You will play a key role in facilitating and organising a series of projects and workstreams designed to enhance the student experience and create more effective, streamlined, and successful learner journeys.
Educated to HND or equivalent level (SCQF level 8) you must have experience gained in the planning, leadership, and delivery of projects with clear transformation outcomes. This should be supported by leadership experience and coupled with clear evidence of success within recent roles.
A specific qualification in project/transformation management, service design or similar will be an advantage.
Demonstrating a positive outlook, we will expect you to show the commitment, drive, and ability necessary to influence and lead innovative and transformational change; manage and develop multifaceted projects; and plan and oversee resources with a consistent focus on achieving demonstrable outcomes.
This is a diverse and exciting role and we are looking for someone with excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills who can engage staff and students within the change process and sustain transformation through innovation, motivation, and the organisation of others.
This is a full-time maternity cover opportunity on a secondment basis for an estimated 12 month period.
